Terms and Conditions for Meru Accounting

Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax services, and other financial services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Meru Accounting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
  • "Client" refers to the individual or business entity that engages Meru Accounting for services.
  • "Services" refer to accounting, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and financial consulting services provided by Meru Accounting.
  • "Agreement" refers to the contract entered into between the Company and the Client for the provision of services.

2. Services:

Meru Accounting provides a variety of financial services, including but not limited to:
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Tax preparation and advisory
  • Financial planning and consulting
  • Payroll processing
  • Software integration and customization
Services will be provided as per the specific agreement entered into with the Client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Gateway: Payments will be processed through Razorpay. By using Razorpay as our payment gateway, Clients agree to abide by the Razorpay Terms and Conditions in addition to Meru Accounting’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments for services will be due as per the agreement. Invoices will be raised according to the milestones or timeframes specified in the contract.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at Meru Accounting’s discretion, except where required by law.

4. Confidentiality:

Meru Accounting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Client information. We will not disclose any sensitive financial information without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by law.
